Gravity Calisthenics Gym boasts a team of certified flexibility trainers who understand how the body moves. Each of our flexibility coaches brings years of experience in mobility, gymnastics, and muscle recovery training.

With 20+ years in Artistic Gymnastics and 17 years in dance, she’s competed nationally and represented Lebanon in 1st Division events. Now in Dubai, she’s passionate about sharing her expertise.
Certifications: BSc in Sports Science, Physical Prep for Women’s Gymnastics

YASMIN MASRI
Flexibility and Inversions Coach

Frank is a Hybrid athlete and Performance Coach with expertise in DEKA, HYROX, Spartan, and OCR events. With a background in sports from a young age, he’s dedicated to helping others feel and look their best. As an elite athlete, Frank boasts podium finishes in DEKA and Spartan events.
