How long will it take me to hold a handstand?
It depends on your consistency, but many of our members see progress in a few weeks. Of course, everyone’s journey is different.
Do I need a gymnastics or calisthenics background?
Nope. You don’t need any experience. Just show up ready to learn handstands and have fun.
I have some wrist or shoulder pain. Can I still train?
Yes, and it might actually help. We focus on joint mobility and core strength, but if you’ve got an injury, check with your doctor first before starting.
What should I wear to class?
Keep it comfy and stretchable. Barefoot or grip socks work best so you stay steady.
Do you offer private sessions?
