What age and fitness level do I need to start tumbling?
Anyone aged seven and up can join. Whether you’re super active or just starting, we’ve got a tumbling class that fits your pace.
How do your coaches keep things safe during flips and harder moves?
We always focus on safety first. Our tumbling coaches guide you step by step, spot when needed, and use padded setups to protect you.
How long does it take to learn the basics?
Most beginners pick up moves like rolls and cartwheels in just a few weeks. With regular practice, you keep getting better.
Do I need any gymnastics or fitness experience?
We teach everything from the ground up so you can start fresh and grow fast. You don’t need a background in gymnastics.
What should I wear and bring to class?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring water. You can use grip socks, shoes, or be barefoot (we’ll guide you). That’s it!
Do you offer private tumbling sessions?
Yes, we do. Private coaching is perfect if you want faster progress and one-on-one focus.
How often should I train for real results?
Two to three times a week is a solid start, but we’ll help you plan based on your goals and schedule.
